11 years ago, we moved away from the hustle and bustle of Milwaukee, WI and planted ourselves in the town of Custer. My background has always involved helping others. Having been a social worker in the Health Care field for 17 years and then pursued a career in education, for the next 10, my life focus took another path…. Real Estate!

Since our arrival to South Dakota, my husband and I were also building and renting cabins in the area. We met great folks along the way, wanting to know the history, explore the hills and some wanting to even settle down in the area and make the Black Hills their home.
